Refund policy

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

A Piece of You Jewelry accepts exchanges and returns of items within a maximum period of 15 days after receipt of the order, provided that the products are in new condition, without signs of use, and with all original packaging and conditions.

Exchanges will only be accepted for items of equal or greater value than the item being exchanged, and the shipping costs associated with the exchange or return process are the responsibility of the customer. All exchange requests are subject to prior stock confirmation by our team.

All returned items will be subject to analysis and verification of their condition by the A Piece of You Jewelry team. If the item does not meet the above conditions, the customer will not be entitled to a refund and will be offered the option of having the return shipped together with a future order. If the customer prefers immediate reshipment, they must bear the corresponding shipping costs.

To request an exchange or return, the customer must contact us by email, indicating: the order number; and the description or reference of the product to be returned or exchanged.

A Piece of You Jewelry does not accept returns of personalized items, except in cases of proven manufacturing defects.

After the return has been reviewed and approved, the refund will be made by bank transfer.

In the event of cancellation of an order that has already been paid for, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 15 business days after confirmation.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders can only be canceled while they are pending, i.e., before they have been packaged and shipped.

If you wish to cancel your order, you should contact the A Piece of You Jewelry team by email, indicating the order number and order identification details, as soon as possible.

Once the cancellation request has been confirmed and the order has not yet been shipped, the amount paid will be fully refunded using the same payment method used.

PRODUCT EXCHANGES

Product exchanges are always subject to prior stock confirmation by the A Piece of You Jewelry team.

To request an exchange, the customer must contact Customer Support via email, indicating:

the order number;

the description or reference of the product to be exchanged;

and the desired replacement item.

The shipping costs associated with the exchange process are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the exchange occurs due to a manufacturing defect or error in the shipment of the product.

REFUND TIMES AND METHODS

A Piece of You Jewelry undertakes to process refunds as quickly as possible, with a maximum period of 15 working days after receipt and verification of the returned items.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, and it is not possible to change this after the refund process has begun.

The customer will be notified by email as soon as the refund is processed.

REFUND OF SHIPPING COSTS

When an item is returned due to a manufacturing defect or other proven non-conformity, the shipping costs associated with the shipment and return will be fully borne by A Piece of You Jewelry.

However, when the return is due to personal reasons on the part of the customer (such as withdrawal, exchange of model, or error in choice), the shipping and return costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

In these cases, the shipping costs will not be refunded and will be deducted from the final amount to be refunded.

CARE AND WARRANTY OF PIECES

To ensure the durability and shine of your pieces, we recommend avoiding contact with abrasive products or detergents.

A Piece of You Jewelry offers a warranty against manufacturing defects on all its pieces. In accordance with the Consumer Protection Code, the brand has 30 days to analyze the product and communicate its decision to the customer.

Once the manufacturing defect has been confirmed, A Piece of You Jewelry may choose to repair the piece or replace it with another of the same or equivalent value.
