Shipping policy
SHIPPING COSTS
Fixed shipping rates apply to mainland Portugal and the rest of the world.
Orders are shipped via CTT – Correios de Portugal, S.A., using the registered mail service.
Purchases equal to or greater than €50, with delivery to mainland Portugal, benefit from free shipping.
For shipments to countries outside the European Union, A Piece of You Jewelry is not responsible for any customs clearance costs, which are the sole responsibility of the customer.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES
Orders are shipped within a maximum of 2 business days after payment confirmation.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination:
Mainland Portugal: 1–3 business days
Madeira: up to 5 business days
Azores: up to 7 business days
European Union countries: 7–11 business days
Countries outside the European Union: up to 15 business days
These delivery times are indicative and may vary during periods of high order volume, such as Black Friday, Christmas, among others, and are the responsibility of CTT – Correios de Portugal, S.A.
The delivery time may also be extended if the order is held for customs inspection.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
A Piece of You Jewelry complies with the legislation and marketing authorizations in force in Portugal and is not responsible for shipments of items that are not permitted in the destination country.
In cases where the shipment is returned due to non-authorization of entry into the destination country, the value of the products will be refunded in the form of a discount voucher, minus any Portuguese customs fees, after receipt of the returned order.
In certain destinations, due to customs interventions, the return may occur automatically, with the cost being borne by the customer.
In specific situations, the customer may be asked to go to the local post office to collect the order.
INSURANCE
All orders shipped by A Piece of You Jewelry are covered by insurance against loss.
In the event of loss confirmed by the carrier, A Piece of You Jewelry undertakes to refund the total value of the order or to reship at no additional cost.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking code that will allow you to track the delivery status on the CTT – Correios de Portugal, S.A. website, via the following link:

If you have any difficulty tracking your order, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
If, for any reason, CTT is unable to deliver your order, a notice will be left in your mailbox indicating the CTT post office where you can pick it up. You have 5 business days to do so.
If the order is returned to A Piece of You Jewelry for reasons attributable to the customer (such as incorrect address, absence at the time of delivery, or failure to collect within the deadline), and the customer wishes to have the products reshipped, new shipping costs will need to be paid.
Payment for the reshipment costs must be made by bank transfer, and proof of payment must be sent to our email address, along with:
- the number of the returned order;
- and the name of the bank account holder used for the transfer.
The bank details required for the transfer will be provided by our customer support team after contact.
